First Aid is available throughout the event.  If you require first aid assistance, please contact the organiser’s office or main security reception. The First Aid room is located on the Gallery level (2nd floor) outside stairwell E.

FOOD & DRINK incl SAMPLING

It is highly recommended that any food or drinks, alcoholic or otherwise be purchased through Good Eating Company (GEC) the venue caterers.  They have kitchens on-site with the correct provisions and can also handle any serviceware required.  

​

If you are intending on bringing external catering or beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) there will be a concession charge from GEC - guidance on this can be found here please contact operationsbdc@goodeatingcompany.com for further information.  GEC visit the show floor and action the fees on the spot if they have not been arranged in advance.

Any exhibitors giving away or sampling food or drinks at the show should request permission from the Organisers and venue caterers.  Please complete this activations application to apply for this permission and we will be in touch with the next steps. 

​

Please note, no external catering is permitted at the event unless prior consent has been granted by GEC and  the Organisers.

FURNITURE HIRE​

​

Exhibition stands DO NOT come with furniture.

​

Entertainment Suites DO NOT come with furniture unless specifically agreed with our Partnerships Director. 

​

We have negotiated special rates for furniture packages here. 

​

For all other requirements please use the official furniture contractor Creative Hire, their contact details can be found on the contractors page of this manual.

Exhibitors are entitled to bring their own furniture to the event so long as it is fire proof, you are not obliged to use our official contractor.

 

Furniture ordered through Creative Hire will be delivered directly to your stand on arrival and will be removed after the event.
