STAND ACTIVATION'S APPLICATION

As highly valued exhibitors, you are actively encouraged to do stand activation's to enhance your presence at the event, this will help drive footfall to your stand, and overall, will jointly enhance the delegate experience.

Please complete the below application by 25th August to let us know what proposed activities you would like to have on your stand.

If we are not notified about your stand activities we may need to ask them to cease on-site as relevant permissions / documentation must be in place.

DRINKS ON STAND (for delegates)

Please let us know below if you are serving drinks from your stand, the type of drinks (hot drinks, beer / wine / cocktails etc...) on offer and the date and time of service as there will be a concession fee to pay for any on-site catering not provided by the Good Eating Company.

Ice
Storage
Chilling facilities
Washing up facilities
Waste management
House keeping

FOOD ON STAND (for delegates)

Please let us know below if you are serving food from your stand, the type of food (pre-wrapped individual cakes, canapes etc...) on offer and the date and time of service as there will be a concession fee to pay for any on-site catering not provided by the Good Eating Company.

Washing up & hand wash facilities
Waste management
House keeping
Allergens (full information must be on display)
H&S Documentation (see below)

HACCAPS, Food Hygiene Certificates, Risk Assessment and Public Liability Insurance all have to be in place for serving food from your stand. Please send this documentation to operations@hixevent.com by 25th August to support your application to serve food from your stand.

If ordering through operationsbdc@goodeatingcompany.com the above will all be taken care of for you.
