The Event Platform & App is our networking hub in the leadup to the event and our handy on-site tool for all attendees.
Through the platform you will have access to the meeting scheduler, experience our matchmaking tool and see recommendations, browse the attendee list and this will serve as your Badge Scanning tool for lead generation on site.
It is also through this platform that delegates will be able to see and explore your Company Profile in the ‘Virtual Exhibition’.
Registering for your Exhibitor Pass will allow us to link you with your Company group on the platform - we will be opening the platform to Exhibitors only on August 12th and to delegates on August 27th, which gives you 2 weeks to ensure that your profile is complete. Your Company Profile will already be populated with basic information (logo, bio & URL link provided you have provided us with these), we suggest you utilize the time prior to the delegate launch to build out your profile and familiarise yourself with the platform.
We have the following guides to assist you on how to use the platform, build out your company profile and making the most of the features:

Please note if you already have an account from previous events you will just be able to login with your previous email/password.
You can download the IOS app and the Google App (you won’t be able to login until the event is live).

DISABLED FACILITIES

Exhibitors are required to meet their legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2012 (replacing the former DDA – Disability Discrimination Act 1995).

There are about 10m disabled people in the UK. Many of their disabilities are hidden – for example epilepsy, diabetes and mental ill health - so it is best to plan to meet the needs of a broad community.

Access for disabled people is not only about physical access to buildings for wheelchair users but also includes access to written information for people with visual impairments and access to the same standard of service for all. It is important to take account of health and safety legislation, which has primacy over the disability regulations. For more information and industry best practice guidelines please refer to the e:guide.
