There is a payable car park adjacent to the venue with 250 spaces. Please note there is a 1.9m height restriction.

If you haven't already, please send your nominated lead contact’s name and phone number to ahuthman@thepodcastshowlondon.com so we can proceed with setting up your allocation.

You will receive an email from Lup, our registration provider to access your Partner Portal to allocate your passes.

Build up & Break down passes

​

These will be issued upon entry at the venue so long as the site induction has been completed by ALL personnel coming on-site.  To avoid delay on build up please also ensure that you have completed your health & safety submission by 20th April.

PHOTOCOPYING & PRINTING FACILITIES

A photocopy service for exhibitors is available via the organiser’s office.

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

 

The PA system will be in operation during build-up and breakdown and will only be used for Police and Emergency announcements during the exhibition in order not to disturb the seminar sessions.
